AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THRLZ (31,
FOUR (4)9 FIVE (5)9 SIX (6)9 SEVENTEEN (17)9 EIG4TEEN (18)
AND NINTEEN (19), BLOCK THREE (3) OF ENSOR'S SUB DIVISION OF
RIFFEL & HOLDER'S ADDITION TO TIM CITY OF,LITTLE -ROCK, ARKAN-
SAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSEsS:
SECTION 1, That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four
(4) , Five (5) , Six (6) , Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18) and Nine-
teen (19), Block Three (3) of Ensor's Sub - Division, Riffel &
Holder's Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re -zoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light
Industrial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof,ave hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and re- zoning of said Lots One (1)9 Two (2),
Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (5), Seventeen (17), Eight-
een (18) and. Nineteen (19), Block Three (3) of Ensor's SubdAvision,
Riffel & Holders Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section I hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
The petition for waiver of yard space requirements on said
property is hereby granted.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it is
hereby declared that all the pre- requisites to the passage of
this Ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
