AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH SEVENTY -FIVE (75) FEET OF
LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2) AND THREE (3), BLOCK "A" GAINES SUBDIVISION
OF HANGER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North Seventy -five (75) feet of Lots
One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block "A" Gaines Subdivision
of Hanger's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being the SE Corner of East Eighth and College Streets, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two- Family District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "J" Light Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
-� SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said North Seventy-
fIver. (75) feet of Lots One (1)., Taro (2) and Three (3), Block "A"
Gaines Subdivision of Hanger's Addition to the City of Little Rock.,
Arkansas as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "J" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
