AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING BLOCK 299, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND CL OSING THE ALLEY THEREIN, AND
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED.,BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Block 299, of the Original City of
Little Hock, be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified
from the present "G" Commercial District and "C" Two - Family Dis-
trict to that of "K" Heavy Industrial District, under the terms
• of city ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, and the alley running through the middle of
said block be and the same is hereby closed and abandoned forever.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances of the
pity of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, a73 Ohereby amended in conformity
with the provision of Section One of this Ordinance to reclassify
said Block 299 as "K" Heavy Industrial Listrict under sdd Ordi-
nance 5420 as amended, and the alley running through the middle
of said block be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and forever
abandoned.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
feet from and after its passage.
