AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 129 BLOCK 1, T. B. MARTIN'S
ADDITION TO `'M CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 0420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE R0ZK , ARKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. That Lot 12, Block 1, T. B. Martin's
Additon to theCity of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 3400
West 10th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District, under the terms of zoning ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family Awstdowe District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. THAT Ordinance No. 5420 and the ZONING
Map thereto attaoh5d and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
Lot 12, Block 1, T. B. Martin's ADDItion to theCIty of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two Family keal4fMe District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
