SECTIoN 1. Tnat ±,ot 145 Block 1, Lanier Avenue Addition
to ttie City of i,ittle Rock, Arkansas, heretofore clas ified
and zoned as IIBn Residence District under tine terms of Zoning
ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the sane is here. -y declared to be in I'D" Apart�uent district
under tie teri:s of said zoning urdina.ice, and waiver of yard
space is nerepy granted.
SECTIOiv 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning trap
therebtu attached and made a cart thereof, are hereby amended
to permit tae re:;lassification and rezoning of said lot 143,
Block 1, Barber Avenue Additi: -)n to t,e City of Little Rock,
Arkansas as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in «D" apartment
District and with yard space requirements �,aived as urovided
in Section 1. hereof.
