AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 30, LINCOLN PARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PELASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots 8 and 9, Block 30, Lincoln Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One - family District
under the terms of 'Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District, so as to permit
converting present dwellings on said property into multiple family apartments.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance 5420 and the zoning map thereto attached and
made part thereof, are hereby amended to permit reclassification and rezoning
of Lots 8 and 9, Block 30, Lincoln Park Addition to the City, of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in "D "Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
