ORDINANCE NUMBER 1151
An Ordinance Reclassifying certain parts of Magnolia Park
an Addition to the City of Little Rock and part of the SWj
SEi Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Amending
Ordinance No. 5424 as Amended and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The tract of land set out on the plat of Magnolia Park as
",Apartment Site ", including the South 100 feet of the West 546 feet of SW�?
SEA Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, and all described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the NW4 NE4 Section 32,
Township 2 North, Range 12 West, run South along quarter sec-
tion line 440 feet; thence Southeasterly along the Northeast
property line of Lot 115 in said Addition 112 feet to the
East corner of said lot; thence East 462 feet; thence North
607 feet to a point 100 feet North of the Section line between
Sections 32 and 29; thence West 546 feet to a point 100 feet
North of the Northwest corner of NW4 NEB Section 32, Township
2 North, Range 12 West; thence South 100 feet to the point of
beginning;
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in "E" Apartment District
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2• All of Lot 10 and all of that part of Lots 6, 79 8, 9,
119 12, 13, 14, 339 58, 609 61 and 62 of Magnolia Park, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, lying in the NJ NJ SW� NEB Section 32, Town-
ship 2 North, Range 12 West is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed
ae
in "B" Residentt•#tt3 District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended
of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3 • Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a part thereof,
are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 and See-
tion 2 of this Ordinance; said properties described in Section 1 as being
in "E" Apartment District and said properties described in Section 2 as
being in "B" Residen$#Q District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 4• This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
