AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF
SOUTH ARCH STREET, LYING BETWEEN NEST 29TH AND WEST 30TH STREETS,
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDriINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
west corner of the Northwest quarter (NW4) of the Southwest ',uerter
(SW-) of the Northeast �- uarter(NE) of Section fifteen(15), Town-

ship one (1) North, Range Twelve (12) West; thence North 64.5
feet; thence Last 154 feet; thence South 64.5 feet; thence '.Nest
154 feet to the point of beginning, City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Tao- family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of said property located on the
East side of South Arch Street, lying between best 29th and West
30th Streets, within the corporate limits of the City of Little
Rock, .�rkansas, more particularly described in Section 1 of this
Ordinance, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "C" Two - family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
