AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE CURB CUTS OF TWFMTH STET
BORDERING THE PROP3RTY 07 J. E. PARKER, LOCAM AT
4800 WEST TWELFTH STREET, LITTLE RACK,,ARBANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. ABHANSAS:
Section 1. J. 2. Parker is the owner of property on the Northwest
corner of 12th and 11adison Street and has duly petitioned for axthority to
cut the curb running into said property on 12th Street a distance of eighty -
five feet, said cut beginning fifteen feet West from the Northwest corner
of the intersection at 12th and Xadisou Street.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 8 of Ordinance No. 7060, said
application is hereby approved as above set forth.
- Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
