FOR A TOTAL DISTANCE 6F FIFTY AND THREE- TENTHS FEET, CENTERED
APPROXIMATELY NIIMTY -ONE FEET NORTH OF KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the owners of the South Fifteen (15)
feet of the East Half (1/2) of Lot Three (3), and the East
Half (1/2) of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Block Five (5),
Auten and Moss Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
Little Rook Builders, Inc., be and it is hereby authorized

mately 91 feet North of the interseetion of Ridgeway Street
and Kavanaugh Boulevard, or beginning at a point approximately

Kavanaugh Boulevard and extending from such point a total dis-
tance of 50.3 feet North.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
