AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SADLER -ROSS MOTOR
COMPANY PER1FISSION TO MAKE THREE CURB
CUTS FOR ENTRANCES AND EXITS:: TO THE EAST
HALF OF BLOCK 165, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, LOCATED ON THE
NORTH AND EA.,-,T SIDES OF SAID PROPERTY,
ON TH SOUTHWEST CORNET: OF SEV124EEENTH
AT ?D `,IAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That Sadler -Rosin Motor Company, the owner
of the East Half of Lot 165, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being; the Southwest c orre r of Seventeenth and Mai n Streets in the
City of Little Rock, .Arkansas, be and is hereby granted the right
and perms scion to make for entrances and exits to said property
the following curb cuts along the curb lines which extend along
the North side of said property on West Seventeenth Street and
along the East side of said property on Main Street:
(1) Beginning 19 feet East of the Northwest corner of
said property, tkLence ,extending 48 feet East from
said point of beginning along the South curb of
West Seventeenth Street;
(2) Beginning 31 feet 'Nest of the Northeast corner of
said property, thence extending 23 feet 'Nest from
said point of beginning along the South curb of
West Seventeenth Street;
(3) Beginning 2352 feet South of the Northeast corner
of said property, thence extending 64 feet South
from said point of beginning along the West curb
of Main Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
