AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7 396.00^FROM THE AIRPORT EXPANSION

-BE IT'ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the sum of #'%,,396.00 be, and the same is

Payment of the contractual obli-
gations of the,City of Little_Rock, for work upon plans and speci-
fications in the Airport Expansion Program, performed by Breugge
man, Swaim and Allen, as Architects, and James M. Rutledge, as Engi, •,
neer, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue }
a City Warrant to Breuggeman, Swaim and Allen and James M. Rutledge,
in the amount above mentioned, said warrants being drawn against
the Airport Expansion Fund.
SECTION 2., That this ordinance shall take effect and be in E
force from and after its passage and appro7al.
