AN ORDINANCE GRANTING C. 0. MCFARLIN PMUSSI0N TO CUT CURB
AT 3410 ROO8M LV- tW , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That C. 0, McFarlin, Lessee of 3410 Roosevelt
Road, be and is hereby granted the right to make the following
curb out along the curb line which extends along the North side
of Roosevelt Road, as follows:
Begin at the West iproperty line of such lot and
extend thirty -five feet (35 ft.) from said point
of beginning in an easterly direction.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
