ORDINANCE N0. 7165
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 15, BLOCK 7, HILLCREST ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY M CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lot fifteen (15), Block seven (7) Hillcrest

Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 1017 N. Spruce
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" Cne- family District, under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. Th&t Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot fifteen (15), Block seven (7),
Hillcrest Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "C" Two- family District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
