LITTLE ROCK PASSED NOVEIMM 19th, 1945, AND RE- CLASSIFY NG PART OF BLOCK 3.,
FLEId -ENG L BRADFORD'S ADDITION TO TF2 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS:
Commencing at a point on the east side of lolfe Street at the
intersection vrith the north line of 19th Street (said point being
25 feet east of and 340 feet south of the northwest corner of the
172 of the 1T01- of the 1JE:-�' of the SE -4 of Section 9, Township 1 11ortI1,
Raige 12 lest)I thence north along the east line of "Wolfe Street
10U feet, thence east parallel Frith 19th Street 130 feet; thence

the point of beginning, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said
property also being; known as Lot L. :dock 3, Fleming L Bradford's

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAdSAS :
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 6054 cf the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock passed November ly, 1945, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Part of Block 3, Fleming L Bradford's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, particularly described as follol^rs:
Co=,encing at a.point on the east side of Iolfe Street at the
intersection -with the north line of 19th Street (said point being
25 feet east of and 340 feet south of the north, ^rest corner of the
W- of the 1TU4� of the HE-! of the SE-4' of Section y, Township 1 North,
Range 12 17est), thence north along the east line of Wolfe Street
100 feet, thence east parallel with 19th Street 130 feet; thence
south parallel with Wolfe Street 100 feet; thence nest 130 feet to
the point of beginning, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said
property also being kno= as Lot L, Block 3, Fleming �-. Bradford's
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
is hereby re -zoned and re- classified from 'IF" Corm_ercial District and placed in
the "D" apartment District under the terns of Ordinance Po. 5420 as amended
of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock as amended and the Zonin` flap attached thereto and nade a part
thereof is hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 2 of
this Ordinance, said properties described as being in the "D" Apartment
District under said Ordinance Ido. 5,420 as amended.

SECTION 4, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage,
