BE IT ORDAINr,,D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LI:' LE ROC ") ARKA ?SAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1 , 8= oc -a 1, Riff el and Holder' s Audition
to t'ne City of Little Roc1i, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" Residence District, under the terns of Zonin • Ordinance ''o.
5,x20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "F" Commercial District unc'_er the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and wcaiver of yard space requirement is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. Ta,at Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zonin(-;, leap t_lereto
attached and mace a part thereof, are hereby amended to perodt the
reclassification and rezoninE of said Lot 16, Block 1, Riffel and
Holc_er' s Addition to the City of Little Rocu, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1, hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
cicassi i�d as beinj in the "F" Co -.L. erci ^.l District, a.nd_ with yard
space requirements waived as provided in Section 1, hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall toke effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
