than two - thirds in assessed value of the property located within
j• the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying

that an improvement district be established for the purpose
kereinafter set out; and

Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the

II parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value
of the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, 12HERTTOR , ''''TE IT ORDADMD by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, of Block 2,
All in Country Club Heights Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 90, 91, and 92;
Lots 113, 114, and 115;
Lots 126 to 131, inclusive;
All in Shadowlawn nddition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and
paving in such a manner and with such materials as the coruaissioners
to be elected for the said improvement district shall deem to. be for
i
the best interest of said district, the following part of the fol-
lowing street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Club Road from the East property line of
Spruce Street to the West property line of
Beechwood Road;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from
any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described, provided the liability of
each lot or tract of land shall be lini.ted to its assessed benefits.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement
District TTo. 566 and W. L. Owen, Berlin Wilson, and
Purcell Srii.th are hereby named cor:=:lissioners, who shall compose
the Board of Izprovenent for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall tale effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
