FROM GENERAL FUNDS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: -

(42,000.00) be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the General Funds of the City of Little Rock for the purpose
of making an advance payment on the assessment of benefits
to be made by Little Rock- Pulaski Drainage District No, 2
on the lands of the city located in said district.
And the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue the City's warrant to G. B. Oliver, Jr., Frank B.
Gregg, Jr, and Fred J. Venner, as the Board of Commissioners
of said district, in the amount mentioned, said warrant-
! being drawn against the General Funds.

SECTION II, That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
