ORDINANCE NO. 7176.
AN ORDINANCE FORMING AND MAKING A PART
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK THAT TERRI-
TORY FORMERLY AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS
CAMMACK VILLAGE, PLACING SAME IN THE
FIFTH WARD OF SAID CITY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the inhabitants of Cammack Village have voted to
become a part of the City of Little Rock in an
election called by the County Court of Pulaski
County, and
WHEREAS, the inhabitants of the City of Little Rock, in a
like election, also called by the County Court of
rulaski County, voted to accept the territory
formerly known as Cammack Village into the City
of Little Rock, and
WHEREAS, the returns of said election have been declared
by the County Court of Pulaski County in the method
and manner prescribed by law, and the County Court
has issued an appropriate order declaring the
consolidation of Cammack Village in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK.,
SECTION 1. That the territory formerly known as
Cammack Village, Arkansas, is hereby combined with, annexed to,
and made a part of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and is
hereby made a part of the Fiftjx Ward of said City.
SECTION 2, The City Engineer of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas is hereby directed to cause a plat to be made
of the entire Cammack Village; said plat showing that part or
territory known as Cammack Village as annexed to end made a part

of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Said plat shall show
the entire City of Little Rock and specifically identifying
the area known as Cammack Village, annexed to m d made a part
of the City of Little Rock and the Fifth Ward thereof.
SECTION 3, The City Engineer shall cause a cer-
tified copy of said plat to be filed and recorded in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, and shall file
a copy thereof with the Secretary of State, and do all other
things necessary to effectively incorporate the territory
formerly known as Cammack Village into and make same a part
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinanceshall
be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
