AN ORDINANCE; RECLASSIFYING LOT 2 A�,1 D PART OF LOT 4, LYING EAST
AND NORTH OF FAIR PARK BOULEVARD; IN BLOCK 18, U. 0. BRACK'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RjCK, kRKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED '5Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE :SOCK, ARK :'.NSAS:
SECTION 1. That lot two (2)and part of lot tour (4),
lying East and North of v'air Park noulevard, Block eighteen (18)
C. 0. Brack's Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under
the terms of zoning Crdinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby aeclared to be in "F"
Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. 'That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning 1111ap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to rermit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot tr:o (2)
and part of Lot four (4) lying past and North of r'air Park
3ouleverd, blocK eighteen (18), C. 0. 3rack's Addition to the
City of Little xock, Arkansas, as outlined in section 1 hereof,
said property to oe hereafter Known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial i)istrict.
:ACTION 3. ghat this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its nassage.
