All ORDINANCE R:�CLASSIFYING THE EAST HALF OF LOT SIX (6) , BLOCK
ELEVEN (11) , DODGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMODING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AIMIDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF "LITTLE ROCK, ARYAP SAS :
SECTION 1. That the Last half of Lot Six (6), Block
Eleven (11) , Dodge Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkanaa.s,
being 1523 Hanger Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"C" Two - family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard space requirements is
hereby granted.
SECTIOTI 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the 'Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Nast
half of Lot Six (6), Block Eleven (11), -Dodge Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section I hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
