AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AF_
FAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND ACCEPT BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE
PICK -UP TRUCK FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
acted 'to advertise for and accept bids for the
purchase of one pick -up truck to be used by the Sanitation De-
partment, the sum not to exceed the amount of $1300.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and ef-
feat from apd after its passage and approval.
