AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PLAT 911 x 150' IN SE CORTER OF
NE 4 SEC 18 T1N R1271 TO T_EM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMEIMING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420; -ZTD FOR OT' -ER PURPOSES.
BE IT MAINED BY TI-E,, CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Plot 911 x 150' in SE corner of NZI
of section 18 TY R121A to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas being
No. 5300 Asher Avenue, heretofore classified in zoned as "B"
Residence District, under the terms of zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned asd reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map

thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby ari;ended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said plot 911 x 1501
in SE corner of NE41 of section 18 TIN R12tid to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof said property to

be hereafter known and classified as being in then Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
