AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOTf OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, AR SAN 4
SECTION 1% That Plots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7),
Sight (8)2, Nine.(9) and Ten (10), Magnolia. Grove Addition to
the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being at number 3601 West
Roosevelt Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified
for zoning as "B" Residence District, under the terms of zoning
ordinance No. 5420, I& hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the
same W hereby declared to be in_ "D° Apartment District, under
the terms of said zone ordinance.
SECTION 2s That ordinance No. 5420 and the zone
ma.p,Xhereto attached and made a part thereof# are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Plots hive
(5), Six (6), Seven Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10)1 Mag-
nolia Grove Addition to the City of Tittle Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in SECTION 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District,
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage,
