AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINX CE N0. 4866 KNO +N AS THE BUILDING
CODE ORDINlaNCE TO PERT: IT THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY AT 109 VEST
NINTH STREET TO CONSTRUCT AN EIMT INCH WALL INSTEAD OF A T<<J'ELVE
INCH WALL; AND FOR OUER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,
ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the o,,,mer s of property at 109 West
Ninth Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby
permitted, in the remodeling of a garage on the rear of said
property, to construct an eight inch wall instead of a twelve
inch wall as provided for in Ordinance No. 4866.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 45661 kno�vn as the
Building Code Ordinance, is hereby amended to permit the con-
struction of said gall as outlined in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
