ORDINANCE N0, 1238
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SIX (6) AND SEVEN (7) IN BLACK "A ", OF FLETCHER
AND CLARK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block "A ", of Fletcher and
Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 1510 -1512 East
Second Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family Residence
Dip under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,, is hereby.! a and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block "A ", of Fletcher and Clark':
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "K" Heavy
Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
