GRDINANCE NO. 7240
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING All that part of Block Forty -Two (42) South
of Roosevelt 'Road in Bragg's second Addition described as follows to wit=
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Block Forty-Two (42)
where the same intersects the South line of Roosevelt Road (also
known as Twenty Fifth Street), thence South along the East line
of said Block Forty -Two (42), a distance of 85 feet, thence in a
Westerly direction 336 feet to a point on the West line of said
Block Forty --Two (42), 94.8 feet South of the South line of Roosevelt
Road, thence North along the West line of said Block to the South
line of Roosevelt Road, thence East along the South line of said
Road to point or place of beginnings AND
A part of Fractional Wj of NNI, Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 12 West,
West of the Quapaar Line more fully described asr
Commence at the NE corner of said Fractional Wj of the Nffj of
Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 22 West and run thence West
39.31 to the East lime of Sherman s root; thence South 41.81
for point of beginning the laced heriin conveyed. From the point
of beginning thus established run thence south along the Bast
line of Sherman Street a distance of 1€8.2+; thence run East 39.31
to the Quaapaw Line; thence North along said Quapaw Line 108.2';
thence West 39.31 to the Bast line of Sherman Street and the point
of beginning,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTZB ROCK, ARKAMMS:
SECTION U That the above described property in Tittle Bwks - Arkames,
be1mg located on the South side of Rooswm1t Road between Sherman. Street,
and Bragg street, heretofore classified and zoned as eB" Residenoe District
under the terms of the Zoning ordinance No.5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "Ia Light Industrial
District under the terse of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTIJDN 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached sad
made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of the above described property in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter knom and
classified as being in the «I« Light industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
