AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 1, BLOCK 1, CENTENNIAL ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKi.NSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 : AND FOR OTHHR PURPOSES.
$IT OR17AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1• That Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" two - family Residence District, under the terms of
the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial Zistrict
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to include
the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 1, block 1, Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in she "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it is
hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage of this
Ordinance have been complied with in connection herewith, and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
