AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1,2,3,4,9,10,11,.12, Block 8,
MERCITY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AWMING ORDINANCE NO. 54201 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT CHDAINED BY THE CITY COI7NCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Sectionl. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
Nine (9(, Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Eight.

being Nos.-3301, 3303, 3305 and 3307 Mabelvale Pike, 'and Nos.
3300, 33020 3304 and 3306 Janie Street, heretofore classified
as "B" residential District, under the terms of Zoning Ordin-
ance No. 5420, Vkhereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same ereby declared to be in "C" Two 4amily District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and-rezoning of said Lots One (1), Tw0
(2), Three (3), Four (4), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11)
and Twelve.(12), Block Eight (8), Intercity Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section I hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
