AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING ALL THAT PART OF LOT 5, EAST OF FAIR
PARK BOULEVARD, BLOCK 18, C.O. BRACKIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, HERETOFORE ZONED B RESIDENCE DISTRICT
UNDER THE TERMS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE 5420 AS AMENDED, IS
HEREBY ZONED AND RECLASSIFIED AND PLACED IN F COi- MERCIAL DISTRICT
WITH FULL WAIVER OF ALL YARD SPACE AND EREA REQUIREMENTS UNDER
} THE TERMS OF THE SAID ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lot 5, east of Fair Park Boulevard, Block 18,
C. 0. Brackis addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore zoned "B" Residence District under the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance 5420 as amended is hereby zoned and reclass-
ified and placed in "Ft' Commercial District with full waiver of
all yard space and area requirements under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION. 2 Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the Zoning
:dap attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended
in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of the ordinance;
said property to be known and hereafter classified as being in
the t'Fn Commercial District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
