AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND LEASE ONE MARTIN NO. 10 TRAIL-
ER FOR A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS.

SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids f or,and lease
one Martin No. 10 trailer for a period of six mokths.- The
rental upon such trailer shall not exceed the sum of Two Hund-
red and Fifty Dollars ($250.00), plus any state or federal tax
which may be charged thereon. In the event the City decides
to purchase such vehicle, such lease shall provide that the
moziey paid for the leasing of said trailer shall be applied
toward and deducted from the purchase price thereof.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
