AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE
BIDS FOR REPAIR WORK ON A CATERPIL
AUTO PATROL.

SEC'T'ION I. The Board of Public Afiaire l�,rrereoy
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and let
a contract for the repair of Caterpillar Tractor # 11, auto
patrol, the property of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The repair work, on said Caterpillar Tractor
shall include parts and labor to completely rebuild the motor,
fly - wheel, clutch, transmission, tandem drives and grader
unit, and put the tractor in first class condition. The cost
of such work shall not exceed the sum of Two Thousand Dollars
($22000.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
