SECTION 1. Thaytots 8 & 90 Block 200 C. (. Brack? s Addition
to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being No. 3309 «331-1:.Fair Park
Boulevard, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"'Residence District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in *I" Light
Industrial Dist4t under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 8 do 9, Block 20,
C. 0. Brackta Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "T" Light Industrial Distriot.
MOTION 3. That this ordinanoe shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passaage.
