AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH EST CORNER OF LOTS 1, 2,
AND 3, BARTON'S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 3129 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 5120 AS AMENDED , AND FOR
OTHER PURPUSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE UITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The northwest corner of Lots 1, 2, and 3,
Barton's Subdivision of Block 342, City-of Little Rock, more
particularly described as part of Block 342, City of Little
Rock, beginning at a point 150 feet south of the Northwest
Corner of Block 342, thence North along the West line of
Block 3129 150 feet, thence East along West 3rd Street 150
feet, thence South 150 feet, thence V'Jest 150 feet to point
of beginning; all of the above is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and placed in Apartment "E" District under the terms
of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the ordinances of the City
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the City of Little
Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a
part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the Pro-
visions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described
as being in the "E" District under said Ordinance No. 5420.ae
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
