AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING TATS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), FIVE (5),
SIX (6), SEVEN (7), AND EIGHT (8), IN BLACK TWO (2) OF REIML ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE�IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six
(6), Seven (7), and Eight (8) in Block Two (2) of Remmel Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 3000 to 3028 Lewis or Wilson Streets, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" One - Family Residence District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 542O.'Whereby rezoned and reclassified and the same JaaAq
a3ared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and
made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6),
Seven (7), and Eight (8) in Block Two (2) of Rommel Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "I" Light Indistrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
