A QUALIFIED ENGINEER FOR SERVICES TO BE
CONNECTION WITH RECOVERIWG DAMAGES FROM
STATES GOVERNMENT FOR USE OF THE LITTLE
AIRPORT.

$E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and empowered to secure the services of a qualified engineer after
proper investigation, for the purpose of assisting the City of
Little Rock in the recovering from the United States Government
damages which have been done to the Little Rock Municipal Air-
port by the United States Government.
SECTION 2. The payment of such an individual shall be upon
a contingent basis, based upon the recovery of such damages from
the United States Government, which amount shall in no event
exceed two percent (2j) of the amount recovered by the City.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
