SECTION 1. The following positions are hereby created
in the Parks and Recreation Department of the :%ity of Little Rock:

SECTION 4. Ordinance ,o. 6975 of the Ordinances of the
;:qty of Little Rock is hereby amended to conform with the provisions
of this ordinance.
SECTION 5. _.zll ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this
ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public peace, health,
arid safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will be adverse-
ly affected, therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and pproval.
