AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 5 and 6, BLOCK 39, ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0-5420; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARM NSAS.
Section 1. That Lot's 5 and 6, Block 39., Original City
or "tittle Rock, Arkansas, being the Northeast corner of
Capitol
Avenue and Cumberland-Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as
"E" Apartment under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared'to be
in "HIt Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.

Section 2. Thai'Ordinance'No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and. rezoning of said Lots 5 and 6, Block 39,

ock,',Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1

Section 3. That.this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage..
