AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EI.ST 5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 110
FEET OF LOT TEN (10 ) AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF THE WEST 45 FEET
OF THE SOUTH 110 FEET OF LOT TEN (10), AND THE PEST 25 FEET
OF THE SOUTH: 105 FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11) , IN BLOCK THREE
HUNDRED SEVENTEEN (317)0 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE MOCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east 5 feet of the south 110 feet
of Lot Ten (10), and the east 25 feet of the west 45 feet of
the south 110 feet of Lot Ten (10), and the west 25 feet of
the south 105 feet of Lot Eleven (11), all in Block Three
Hundred Seventeen (317), Original City of Little Rock, Arkan-
sas, being No. 1205 -1208 Wright Avenue, heretofore classified
and zoned as "I" Two - family District, under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial Dis-
trict under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said east 5 feet
of the south 110 feet of Lot Ten (10), and the east 25 feet of
the west 45 feet of the south 110 feet of Lot Ten (10), and
the west 25 feet of the south 105 feet of Lot eleven (11),
in Block Three Hundred Seventeen (317), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkanses, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
