ORDINANCE NO. 7299--
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11 AND 12, BLOCK 3, REMKEW S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTBER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10),
Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Three (3), Remelts Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as
"B" Residence under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of the
Ordinances of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and declared to be in "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the
provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said property described in
Section 1 of this Ordinance to be hereafter ]mown and classified as
being in "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. The City Council has determined, and it is hereby
declared, that all the prerequisites to the passage of this Ordinance
have been complied with in connection herewith, and this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
