AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE TO THIRTEEN
(1-13)., INCLUSIVE, BLOCK FOUR (4) , REMYaL I S AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That Lots F "our to Thirteen, inclusive,
Black Four (4) , Remmel Is Addition to the .City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, lying South of Asher Avenue between Washington and
Adams Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as "Bri Residence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby
rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
''F" Commercial District under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 54/-u anu time zjullule ,
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 4 to 13, in-
clusive, Block 41 Remmel's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial Zone.
SECTION That Lots One to Three, inclusive, (1 -3),

Block Four (4 )2 Remmells Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
lying gouth of Asher Avenue between Washington and Adams Streets, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District
under the terms of said ironing Ordinance.
• SECTION 4. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part��'hereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 1 to 3, inclusive, Block
4, Remmel's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 3 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classi-

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in force from
