HomeMy WebLinkAbout7301ORDII4AIlCE NO. 7301 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED T170 (402), C012TON'S SUBDIVISION OF LINCOLN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER. PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Four Hundred Two (402), Compton's Subdivison of Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being on the South side of West 7th Street opposite Woodlane, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane are hereby declared to be in the "F" Commercial Dis- trict under the terms of said Zoninr- Ordinance. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots One (1), and Two (2), Block Four Hundred Two (402), Compton's Subdivision of Lincoln's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
