AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 127 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1)
AND TWO (2), BLOCK TWELVE (12), FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS1
SECTION 1. That the West 127 feet of Lots One (1),
and Two (2), Block Twelve (12), Fulton's Addition to the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being on the southeast corner
of West V* and Center Streets, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - family District, under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District
under the term's of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning
Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby
amended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said
West 127 feet of Lots One (1), and Two (2), Block Twelve (12),
Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION .#. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
