AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), RIFFEL AND RBDTON
RIDGELAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AIdMING ORDI*
NANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lot One (1), Block One (1), Riffel and Rhoton
Ridgeland Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 422
North Pine Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B'" Residence
District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C"
Two- family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot One (1), Block One (1),
Riffel and Rhoton Ridgeland Addition to the City of Little Rock,,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "G" Two - family Dis-
trict.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
