163 173 183 193 203 213 23 and 24, BATTERY PIA CE ADDITION IN THE CITY ff
LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 51420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCML CF LITTLE ROCK, ARM -48AS :
SECTION: l Lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 114, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 24, Battery Place Addition in the City of Little Rock,

are hereby re— zoned, reclassified and placed in the 11C Two Fami2,vtl Residence
District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended of the Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 51420 of the Ordinances of the City of-
Little Rock as amended and the Zoning Map attached thereto and made a
part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of
sec en 1 of this Ordinance, said property described as being in the
rrC Two - family% Residence District under said Ordinance No. 51420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
