AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST ONE -HALF OF LOT ONE .(1),
BLOCK TWO (2), NETTIE F. RIFFEL ADDITION TO LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
TION l.' That the West one-half of Lot One (1), Block Two (2)s
Nettie F. Riffel Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, being the real
property at 2315 West Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified as and
zoned as "B ", Residence District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified, and the same in declared
to be in "F ", Commercial District, under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and waiver of yard space requirements of said Ordinance is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof are-hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said West one -half of Lot One (1)1
Block Two (2), Nettie F. Riffel Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "F" Commercial District, with yard space re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
