AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE FOLLOVING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE BOCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS:
Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Eleven (11), Toska Leymer's
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Bloch Th #y -Two (32), C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COONCIL OF LITTLE HOCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate:
Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Eleven (11), Tooke, Leymer's
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Bla& Thirty -Two (32), C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Res-
idential property under the terms of Zoning Ordinances Nos. 5420 and 6943, is
hereby re -zoned and reclassified, and same is hereby declared to be in "K" Heavy
Industrial District, and the yard space requirements are hereby waived under.-the
terms of the said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and Ordinance No. 6943 and the
zoning maps pertaining thereto and made parts thereof are hereby amended to per-
mit the reclassification and re- zoning of the above described real estate as set
forth in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
j "K" Heavy Industrial District, with necessary waiver of yard space requirements.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
