AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 93 2/3 FEET OF LOTS 102 & S OF BLOCK 198
OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 19 That the West 93 2/3 feet of Lots 1,2 & 3 of Block 198
of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas being Noss. 1201,1203,1205
Broadway, heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District, under
the terms: of Zoning Ordinance No 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "G" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassifi-
cation and, rezoning of the said West 93 2/3 feet of Lots 1,2,& 3, of Block 198
of the Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof.,
said property to be hereafter known as being in the "G" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
