AN ORDINANCE WAIVING REAR YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON LOT 5#
BLOCK 9, PLATEAU AMITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The rear yard space requirements, as prescribed by
and under Ordinance Number 5420, of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended, is hereby waived as to Lot Five (5),
Block Nine (9), Plateau Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
in order to permit the construction of a dwelling on the rear of said
lot.
SECTION 29 Ordinance Number 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended in conformity with the
provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance,
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full forod and effect
from and after its passage,
