DAMAGES DONE TO HIS PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,

' Rock was,damaged by the workmen of the. City of Little

the incinerator, barbecue pit, hedge, fence, and the
south side of the lawn were damaged or destroyed through
no fault of the said J. T. Webb,
NOW T '?REFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Thre.e lundred and Fifty
($Z'50.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the general fund
of-the City of Little Rock to be paid to J. T. Webb of 1709
Kavanaugh, in full, final, and complete satisfaction.of any
claim which he may have against the City of Little Rock for
said damage.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized,
empowered, and directed to execute such instruments as may be
he "e-ssary to accomplish this purpose.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
-be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
